Rental Provider
We all know that investing in property in Melbourne is a great way to build wealth over time. It’s an option that an ever-increasing number of people are turning to, whether they already live in Melbourne or in a number of locations across the globe. However, in order to maximise the returns on your investment, it is vital to ensure that your investment is managed correctly. That’s why at Amity Real Estate we take our responsibility as professional Property Managers very seriously. Our aim is to ensure that each and every investor we deal with not only achieves above average rental returns, but that their property is leased to quality renters who will maintain it in a way that maximises your investment performance over the years ahead. The other key ingredient in any successful property investment is peace-of-mind. That’s why Amity only employs experienced and qualified Property Management professionals who know the market. Our team are not only familiar with all of the relevant legislation and paperwork that is required under the Residential Tenancies Act, but the implications of compliance with other legislation such as the Privacy Act, Anti-discrimination Act and Competition and Consumer Act, just to mention a few. As you can see, this is not a task to be undertaken by unqualified amateurs! As part of our commitment to ensuring that you enjoy a profitable and stress-free investment, our services include, (but are not limited to):
- Renter screening and selection
- Lease preparation
- Initial, periodical & end-of-lease inspections
- Lease Execution
- Managing maintenance issues
- Rent reviews
- Monitoring and rectification of arrears
- VCAT representation
- Preparation of end of month & end of financial year statements
Importantly, whilst our systems and technology are at the forefront of industry innovation, what really sets us apart in the Melbourne property market is our personalised approach that is tailored to meet the individual priorities of each client. Unlike many other real estate agencies that view Property Management as a minor part of their business, we view our relationship with our rental provider as one of our most valuable assets.

Renter
Finding and leasing a quality rental property in a competitive market like Melbourne is never easy. Being first to know about what is coming up for lease, particularly the hard-to-find quality properties that every renter would love to be able to lease, can give you a genuine edge in the market. That’s why having a resource like the Amity Real Estate website at your fingertips is such an advantage.
Amity Real Estate enjoys an unmatched position as one of Melbourne’s leading marketers of new residential projects before they are even built. This means that we are often asked to handle the leasing of brand new residential properties as soon as they are completed and ready for the rental market.
By following the Amity website, you can be among the first in Melbourne to know about some of the freshest and most exciting new rental properties available, and be at the front of the queue when they are released to the rental market. Of course, when you deal with the Property Management Team at Amity, you also have the peace-of-mind that comes from dealing with a group of caring and ethical real estate professionals who treat renters with respect and transparency, not as second class citizens.
